In addition to accommodation with a comfortable bed for your overnight stay in the German capital, EastSeven therefore offers all kinds of additional services that make your city / backpacker trip to Berlin an unforgettable experience.

Besides our free cereal breakfast, with which our guests can start the day in a good mood and full of energy, it is above all our weekly community evenings that distinguish us from other hostels in Berlin. If you have made a non-cancelable booking, the total amount will be charged immediately. If you booked the flexible price with free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival, your card will not be charged immediately, but usually 1 to 3 days before your arrival date.

What kind of catering is available at EastSeven hostel Berlin?

With EastSeven you will not only find a hostel in Berlin for your overnight stay. We also offer our guests a free and rich cereal breakfast every morning. This way you will have enough energy in the morning to explore the city during the day and even in the evening you can turn the night into day.

Is EastSeven hostel centrally located in Berlin?

The EastSeven is located in the middle of the trendy district Prenzlauer Berg. In this Berlin district, the city can be experienced from its vibrant side. A rich offer of various restaurants, bars, small cafes and numerous cultural institutions characterize this district. But of course Berlin has much more to offer.

The various Berlin districts and sights are easily accessible from our hostel. The nearest subway station is just 80 meters away, from where you can explore the city. For example, it is only two stops from here to the famous Alexanderplatz, in the heart of Berlin Mitte. But there are also other places worth seeing such as Potsdamer Platz in the city center, the famous East Side Gallery with remnants of the Berlin Wall and the adjacent Mercedes-Benz Arena or the famous Checkpoint Charlie as the former crossing point of the Berlin Wall between East and West Berlin as well as any other travel destination are easily accessible thanks to the well-developed public transport system.

Can I stay at EastSeven hostel as a minor?

Persons under the age of 18 may only stay overnight with us if accompanied by their parents. You are not allowed to stay in the dormitories that are shared with other guests.

Can I check in early at EastSeven hostel?

Please do not hesitate to come early! There is always a place (kitchen, lounge and garden) where you can rest and store your luggage until we get your room or bed ready!

Can I book even if I don't have a credit card?

We accept only debit cards or credit cards for security reasons. Reservations without prior payment is not possible.

Can I cancel my booking at East Seven Berlin free of charge?

We know that even with long planned trips something can always come up at short notice. To give our guests maximum flexibility in planning their trips, our flexible rate allows you to cancel your room free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.

We are a group. Can we book with you?

Unfortunately, we do not accept group bookings of more than 4 people. These must be approved by us in advance. Please send us an e-mail for this.

One of our favorite places is Mauerpark, it is totally popular with Berliners and tourists alike. It’s no secret why: people love the flea market, for example, which has been held at Mauerpark since 2004. In summer, Mauerpark is one of the most popular meeting places for Berliners and tourists.

Rummels Bucht

Rummelsburger Bucht in the heart of Berlin always offers a lot of culture right on the water! There are always great readings, music performances, talks and concerts taking place in Rummelsburger Bucht that will delight every Berliner and every tourist. We can only recommend such a varied summer day by the lake. You can really unwind here in the open air, especially when the sun is shining.

Hamburger Bahnhof

We also love the Hamburger Bahnhof, it is the national gallery of the present. The so-called Hamburger Bahnhof was once a Berlin train station, but at the beginning of the 20th century the station building was used as a museum. The National Gallery of Contemporary Art there is so popular that it is visited by around 308,000 people a year. If you are in Berlin, a visit to the Hamburger Bahnhof and the Nationalgalerie der Gegenwart is highly recommended.

Zeiss-Großplanetarium

The so-called Zeiss-Großplanetarium was opened in Berlin in 1987 and is still one of the largest and most modern planetariums in the world. The dome of the Zeiss-Großplanetarium measures an incredible 30 meters in diameter. The large planetarium hall has 307 seats and the cinema hall has a whopping 160 seats. If you are enthusiastic about astronomy and science or would like to experience movies in a very special atmosphere, it is well worth a visit!
